-Fixed buttons enabled when no game loaded.
-Work around for a couple crashes I saw in the logs.

-Lock screen controls support added. Not working on 5.0.
-Media keys support added. Tested with a cheap BT keyboard.
-Fixed songs skipping when they shouldn't regardless of the Use List Time option. Thanks 'The Tias'
-Volume ducking. Song will pause automatically when headphones are unplugged and music will have low volume when using Maps, etc.
