This is an application for site coordinators and investigators participating in the Pfizer SPIRE clinical trial. This tool is meant to be used as an aid for determining the eligibility of subjects for the SPIRE clinical studies during pre-screening and screening. The tool is not intended to replace other standard trial materials, systems and processes provided by Pfizer for these activities.
