The 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, or abbreviated as the 1945 Constitution or the Constitution '45, is a written basic law (Basic Law), the current constitution of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia.

The 1945 Constitution was ratified as the State Constitution by PPKI on August 18, 1945. Since December 27, 1949, in Indonesia the RIS constitution has been valid, and since August 17, 1950 in Indonesia the 1950 Constitution has been valid.

In the period 1999-2002, the 1945 Constitution experienced 4 changes (amendments), which changed the composition of institutions in the constitutional system of the Republic of Indonesia.
