Emergency alerting digital signage used as clocks when not in alert-mode.

Managed through the Clockwyse web portal, Android devices can be registered as digital signage for emergency alerts. The devices will monitor a configurable RSS, CAP, or other alerting protocol feed for alerts. When not in alert-mode, the device will display the time. These devices are intended to act as "classroom clocks" but also to improve the speed of which emergency alerts are broadcasted.
