Vaillant mobile is an application for contractual service techniques and consists of three modules. The price list is the updated catalog of spare parts from which it is possible to order directly. Documents are stored in the product structure, service information, instructions, schemes are assigned to each product. The documents are complemented by technical information published by the service department of the company. Customers module is used to record contacts, visits, repairs and installed devices.
